Overview

Senior Automation Test Engineer to design and maintain automated testing for desktop and web applications using Selenium and AccelQ, and to expand automation across the testing lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for desktop and web apps using Selenium and AccelQ.
• Coordinate with teams for web/desktop testing and environment setup.
• Execute integration testing across diverse platforms.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Azure, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
• Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests.
• Track and report automation progress per PI plan and participate in PI & sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

What you’ll need

• At least five (or more) years of experience in a system quality environment (or equivalent education/work combination).
• 6–8 years of experience in software QA & automation testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages including Java and SQL.
• Proven expertise in web app automation and cross-platform testing.
• Experience integrating automated test execution into CI/CD.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong defect management and test documentation skills.
