Automation Tester - (Selenium, Playwright)

Overview

Automation Tester consultant focused on hands-on test automation using Selenium and Playwright, including UI, API, and AI application testing.

What you'll do

• Automate testing for UI using Selenium WebDriver and test automation workflows.
• Automate API testing by creating requests using Postman and using API automation frameworks.
• Perform testing for AI-powered applications built using Azure OpenAI and generative AI models.
• Test Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Evaluate AI agents and chatbot interactions.
• Implement database testing and validate structured/unstructured data (MongoDB, Hive, Big Data systems).
• Support CI/CD test automation using Jenkins pipelines and Git/GitHub.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience in test automation scripting using Python/Java and frameworks (preferably TestNG/Robot Framework).
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing test automation frameworks.
• Experience in UI automation using image-based or DOM-based tools.
• Educational qualification: BE/BTech/MCA.
