AVP Data Product Owner–Data Integrity, Migration, & Experience Enablement Team (DIME)

Overview

AVP Consumption Data Product Owner (DIME) to lead product ownership for consumption-facing data capabilities, improving how enterprise data is discovered, understood, accessed, and used by downstream consumers.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned consumption-facing data capabilities.
• Translate business outcomes and consumer needs into roadmap priorities and clear success measures (KPIs/OKRs).
• Engage downstream consumers to define use cases, pain points, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Own data products from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Perform hands-on data analysis for usage, lineage, data quality, and downstream impacts to support product decisions.
• Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with engineering/QA on sprint activities and acceptance criteria.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in product management/product ownership/data product ownership/data analysis or related roles.
• Experience defining product strategy, vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and analytical problem solving (including source-to-target analysis).
• Experience with data platforms and consumption/distribution capabilities like APIs, feeds, and reporting platforms.
• Experience operating in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, architecture, stakeholders).
• Understanding of data quality, lineage, semantic consistency, and data contracts/governance with impact analysis.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data concepts into decision-ready requirements.
