Senior Business Data Analyst

Overview

Senior Business Data Analyst supporting EMEA Distribution with client data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

What you'll do

• Partner with EMEA Distribution to deliver data-led commercial insights to improve client engagement and business performance.
• Drive client data transformation aligned to enterprise data governance practices.
• Deliver automation and AI initiatives to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Support advanced analytics such as trend analysis, forecasting, and business diagnostics.
• Build stakeholder relationships to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data irregularities and perform root-cause analysis.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Demonstrated familiarity with modern data ecosystems including Snowflake and AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Details

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
• Work in-office at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
• Full-time role; timings listed as 11:30a–8:00p.
