Overview

The AVP, Office of Agile – Analytics Lead establishes, administers, and continuously improves data analytics, metrics, and reporting capabilities derived from tools governed by the Office of Agile. The role owns analytics enablement, including accurate data capture, consistent metric definitions, and trusted reporting to support Agile practices, operational oversight, and decision-making across the Agile Community of Practice.

What you'll do

  • Define, standardize, and maintain Agile metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, including flow, predictability, throughput, quality, and capacity, in alignment with governance expectations and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and oversee dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting packages that enable leaders and teams to monitor delivery health, performance trends, and compliance with Agile Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
  • Establish controls and routines to ensure data completeness, timeliness, and accuracy across Office of Agile tools.
  • Identify data gaps and drive remediation with tool owners, administrators, and users.
  • Partner with the Agile Community of Practice and key stakeholders to gather reporting needs, translate them into clear analytics requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights, narrative context, and recommendations to improve delivery outcomes and tooling effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with technology, product owners, tool administrators, data teams, and governance stakeholders to ensure data accessibility, appropriate permissions, and secure consumption of analytics.
  • Maintain documentation, metric definitions, data dictionaries, and reporting standards to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability of analytics outputs.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of either Technology or Process Management experience, or, in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma/G.E.D. and minimum of 10 years of either Technology or Process Management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience administering and using data visualization tools like Tableau, BI.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience developing reports using Atlassian Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience of driving improvements across complex organizations and processes of varying levels of maturity.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead role with a proven track record of strong leadership which includes training.

Nice to have

  • Extensive knowledge and demonstratable support of applications like Jira, JIRA Align and Confluence.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI (Rovo).
  • Extensive experience in developing Tableau Dashboards and Atlassian Analytics Dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies with SAFe certifications preferred.
  • Synchrony Experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated business presence while interacting with senior business executives.
  • Proven experience with partnering, collaborating and influencing across a large multilayered organization at all levels.
  • Proven experience handling multiple, and competing priorities across all stakeholder groups and effectively resolving competing priorities and interests with minimal disruption.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong team building skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrate strong risk management mindset and behavior.

Details

  • Remote role with the option to work from home.
  • Option to work from home or workspaces in the regional Engagement Hub in Hyderabad.
  • Occasionally commute or travel to Hyderabad or one of the Regional Engagement Hubs for in-person business or team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
  • Work timing is 12:00 to 9:00 PM IST.
  • Available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time and 11:30 AM Eastern Time for meetings with India and US teams; timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and adjust twice a year locally.
  • The remaining hours are flexible for the employee to choose.
  • Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
