Overview

Senior Manager AWS GenAI Engineer to lead development of innovative software solutions in PwC’s Technology Consulting practice within the Acceleration Center India.

What you’ll do

• Lead development and implementation of software solutions for digital transformation.
• Manage large-scale software engineering projects for timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Design, code, and test applications using Java, Python, and C++.
• Oversee integration of enterprise applications and validate seamless cross-platform functionality.
• Apply systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems in software development.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to enhance solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members to build high-performing, diverse, inclusive teams.

What you’ll need

• At least 12 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD.
• Programming skills using Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Preference for study areas including AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
