About the Job

We are hiring a Back Office Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you will support day-to-day back-office operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and assisting with routine administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure information is organized, reports are generated on time, and all documentation meets required standards. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and confident handling basic office tools, this role offers a great opportunity to build consistency and reliability in a growing organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage routine back office administration tasks and maintain organized files and records.
  • Prepare and format documents using MS Word, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Update and maintain data in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic calculations.
  • Handle day-to-day documentation support, including typing, verification, and organizing outputs.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a target typing speed of 35 WPM to ensure timely processing.
  • Use basic computer skills to navigate systems, manage files, and support operational workflows.
  • Support team members by coordinating tasks, following internal procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal policies while working with sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Good basic computer knowledge including file management and comfortable system usage.
  • Ability to work with numbers and records accurately while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Typing proficiency with a minimum target of 35 WPM for efficient documentation support.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and the ability to follow guidelines consistently.
  • Reliable time management and willingness to work OnSite in a full-time capacity.
