We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet our business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Python and Node.js
• Implement secure and efficient APIs to support the frontend application
• Collaborate with the front-end team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
• Optimize database queries and schema design to improve application performance
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack and best practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and Node.js programming languages
• Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or Express.js
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with containerization and deployment using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
