Roles
- Banking Back Office
Responsibility
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer and transaction details
- Verify and process banking documents and forms
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation checks
- Handle back-end operations such as transaction processing and report generation
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Resolve basic queries related to banking processes
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (any stream)
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, typing skills)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
