Overview

Banking Operations Associate in Commercial Banking Operations - Core Banking, supporting the day-to-day functioning of a commercial bank and the core banking applications that process essential banking functions.

What you'll do

• Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing underlying financial statements to complete the origination process
• Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements
• Analyze and execute assignments and deals with moderate complexity
• Provide work products with improved quality and timeline
• Realize responsibility and complete the task at hand
• Make a little independent decision making
• Develop and deliver core banking solutions for applications covering account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work

What you'll need

• MCom or Master of Business Administration
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards
• Underwriting

Nice to have

• Experience in origination system and client customized templates

• This role may require working in rotational shifts
• Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
