Overview

Entry-level Banking Operations role in Core Banking Operations (including Payments), focused on Retail Banking Account Operations. The associate handles routine banking operations tasks under close supervision.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Review card chargeback dispute claims to determine their authenticity and honor the request as per Regulation E.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Follow detailed instructions on all tasks, with decisions that are closely supervised.
