Banking Operations New Associate

Overview

Entry-level Banking Operations Associate supporting Core Banking Operations (including Payments) in Retail Banking Account Operations, with routine work done under close supervision.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Review card chargeback dispute claims to determine their authenticity and honor the request as per Regulation E.
• Carry out tasks following detailed instructions, with decisions closely supervised.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
