Overview

Banking Operations New Associate role in Core Banking Operations (including Payments) within Retail Banking Account Operations. Works in a team on routine, closely supervised tasks.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work within your own team and interact primarily with your direct supervisor.
• Carry out tasks following detailed instructions.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
• Review the dispute claim to determine the authenticity of the card chargeback claim and honor the request as per regulation E.

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
