Banking Operations New Associate

Overview

Entry-level banking operations associate in Retail Banking Account Operations, working on core banking operations including payments, within the Corporate and Wholesale Banking team.

What you'll do

• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work within your own team under your direct supervisor, following detailed instructions on all tasks.
• Review dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honor the request as per Regulation E.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.

• Any graduation.
• 0 to 1 years of experience.
