Bash Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Overview

Freelance AI trainer role in which you act as a Bash coding specialist, challenging large language models on software engineering tasks and documenting their failure modes to improve model reasoning.

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Bash.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses.
• Assess code quality and clarity.
• Capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge advanced language models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems, documenting every failure mode.

What you'll need

• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Fluency in Bash.
• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
• Clear, metacognitive communication ("showing your work") is essential.
