Overview

Freelance AI Trainer role for a coding specialist fluent in Hindi, to help train large language models on software engineering topics and evaluate their Hindi-language responses.

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Hindi.
• Challenge advanced language models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses.
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document every failure mode.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

What you'll need

• Fluency in Hindi.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Clear, metacognitive communication ("showing your work").

Nice to have

• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Hindi, or open-source contributions.
