Overview

Freelance AI trainer role to evaluate and challenge large language models on software engineering topics, conducted in Hindi (Roman Script).

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Hindi (Roman Script).
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses.
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage.
• Challenge advanced language models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
• Document every failure mode and capture reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

What you'll need

• Expertise in coding, including algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
• Fluency in Hindi (Roman Script).
• A bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Hindi (Roman Script), or open-source contributions signal fit.
• Clear, metacognitive communication ("showing your work") is essential.
