Billing Engineer (Hospital Background)

Overview

Billing Engineer supporting industrial project billing, documentation, and cost control to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.

What you'll do

• Prepare RA bills and final bills.
• Verify measurements and BOQ for billing.
• Coordinate with site, client, and commercial teams to get bill approvals.
• Maintain billing documentation including measurements, work orders, variations, and subcontractor bills.
• Track costs against budget and support MIS and project progress reporting.
• Ensure billing compliance with contracts, drawings, and GST norms.

What you'll need

• Experience in billing for industrial projects.
• Strong Excel skills.
• ERP/SAP skills.
• Knowledge of BOQ, drawings, and measurements.
• Cost control knowledge.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil with billing experience.
