Overview

Full Stack Engineer (Backend Oriented) on the Binance Accelerator Program, owning end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend while helping scale AI-augmented development in the team.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize development efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend.
• Act as a full stack seed within your team: champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
• Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
• Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–5 years of experience.
• Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.), able to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI, and to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
• Self-driven and comfortable operating without clear boundaries; able to turn vague ideas into clear specs and drive them forward.
• Strong logical thinking and communication.
• Curious observer of other teams who proactively suggests improvements.
• Passionate about learning new technologies.

• CS or AI-related major.
