Overview

Assistant Manager, Outbound Logistics responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Manage outbound logistics operations to meet dispatch timeliness and customer expectations.
• Handle transportation management for efficiency and cost control.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse control to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage customer service activities, including complaint handling and closure.
• Operate SAP/WMS and system management processes for logistics workflows.
• Drive compliance, quality & safety, and continuous improvement with KPI focus.

What you'll need

• 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/logistics/supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of outbound logistics and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in WMS/SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and warehouse management systems.
• Inventory management and transportation planning capabilities.
• Root cause analysis and CAPA experience.
• Team management, data analysis, and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).
