Brand Manager

Overview

Brand Manager role focused on developing and executing marketing plans for an assigned portfolio, combining branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce fundamentals.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing plans and activations to recruit more kids and shoppers.
• Use consumer/shopper and media insights to plan execution for assigned markets/portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, sales, operations, and regional marketing teams.
• Coordinate with sales and distributor partners to implement key channel/market marketing activities.
• Lead relationships with external media agencies and IP partners to generate demand.
• Track and analyze business and campaign performance versus plan using after action reviews and benchmarking.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of business/marketing experience (or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in branding and digital marketing.
• Experience with robust e-commerce fundamentals.
• Ability to localize global strategies into actionable digital priorities.
• Leverage data analytics to formulate execution-driven plans.
• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills with an analytical mind.
