Associate Vice President, Strategy

Overview

Associate Vice President, Strategy to drive end-to-end strategic planning across brands, brand activations, and consumer media journeys to deliver brand goals.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end strategic planning for brands, activations, and consumer media journeys.
• Apply business growth models, brand media mapping, and marketing frameworks to build a custom marketing roadmap.
• Conceptualize, develop, and help bring partnership ideas to life as IPs/programs/platforms/partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with client specialist teams and external partners on planning, activation, data, and measurement.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand challenges, consumers, cultural trends, and regional nuances using data/tool outputs to create E2E briefs.
• Interact with senior client decision makers to present perspectives and support growth plans, and mentor the team to meet brief deadlines.

What you'll need

• Minimum ~7–10 years of progressive leadership in strategy, planning, consulting, or media roles.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong ability to dissect complex brand, market, competitive, and internal data to build brand strategy and achieve goals.
• Expertise in tools like TGI, GWI, and AOP & scenario planning.
• Experience in media and platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership, client teams, and external partners.

• Reports to GM Strategy.
• Location: Mumbai, India.
• Hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week.
