Business Advisory Analyst

Overview

Business Advisory Analyst within Accenture's Procurement Management team, supporting the sourcing process from identification of need through contract close.

What you'll do

• Draft, launch, monitor and manage RFIs and RFPs in alignment with business and sourcing requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers throughout the sourcing process, including supplier onboarding.
• Manage supplier queries and ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Compile supplier responses and supporting information and share them with business stakeholders for further review and evaluation.
• Manage Qualtrics survey requests related to sourcing and supplier activities.
• Coordinate with sourcing managers and business stakeholders to ensure sourcing events are completed within a set timeline.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• BCom.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• This role may require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role within a team, with moderate-level instruction on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Limited exposure to clients and Accenture management; day-to-day interaction is with peers, before updating supervisors.
