Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analyst role on the customer success team to develop and apply analytical models that help clients derive business value using AiDASH products/platforms.

What you'll do

• Work with clients and engagement managers to understand core business problems.
• Work with the R&D team to break down business problems into structured elements.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Synthesize complex findings into presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Explore innovative approaches to problem-solving to drive efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of work experience in the business analytics domain.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel (plus stated).
• Former experience working with AI/ML models (preferable).
