Business Analyst/MIS - Associate

Overview

A data-driven Business Analyst role supporting business decisions through data analysis, dashboards, reporting and forecasting for Paytm Payments Services' Online Payment Gateway (PA-PG) business.

What you'll do

• Analyze business data and identify trends, insights and performance gaps.
• Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop business forecasts and projections to support planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting and analytics processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, Excel, Reporting, Presentation or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, KPIs and business analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
