Business Analytics Int Analyst - C11 - GURGAON

Overview

The Business Analytics Int Analyst is a developing professional role that analyzes operational and customer data to generate insights that support business decision making and strategy within Citi's Decision Management job family.

What you'll do

• Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
• Identify data patterns and trends, and provide insights to enhance business decision making in business planning, process improvement and solution assessment.
• Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities and enhancements to operational policies.
• May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings.
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools and capabilities.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• Consumer Banking analytics and Financial Analytics for consumer banking.
• Knowledge of PySpark, Python, SAS and SQL.
• Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented.
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills to exchange potentially complex or sensitive information.
• Curious about learning and developing new skillsets, with a positive outlook and can-do mindset.

Nice to have

• Credit Card Marketing analytics with thorough understanding of Cards P&L, Campaign Optimization, P&L simulation, Financial forecasting and Marketing strategy.
• Agentic AI development experience.
