Senior - Delivery Operations (IND)

Overview

Senior role in Delivery Operations supporting execution of processes such as Procurement, Fulfillment and Personalization, Statements and Letters, Credit Card Agreements, Capabilities, and Material Intake/Review, and contributing to quality, audits and reporting.

What you'll do

• Actively participate in process execution and serve as primary contact for questions, including problem investigation and resolution.
• Support the design of solutions that meet the stated need and participate in meetings with internal partners.
• Enhance current processes to better suit clients' needs.
• Evaluate current processes and procedures for improvements and efficiencies.
• Identify problems, recommend solutions, and execute on risk and resolution plans for the supported capability or service, including root cause identification.
• Execute audit and quality assurance processes, ensuring quality and timing meet business expectations.
• Create, maintain and complete reporting with some guidance.
• Apply knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to execute daily work.
• Build trust and rapport with internal partners and coach and guide team members for better results.
• Support one or more teams, such as Brand Production, Card Operations, Credit Card Agreement Operations, Servicing Content Operations, and Statements and Letters, depending on requirements.
• Run pre-defined SQL queries and modify SQL queries based on need.
• Support Quality/Audits along with reporting, and support departmental initiatives.
• Monitor risk controls in place and work across streams as a cross-skilled resource.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management or equivalent.
• 5-8 years in Operations or process-driven work environment, with progressively increasing exposure to managing more than one process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Marketing, Operations and Financial Management.
• 5-8 years of work experience in Marketing or Banking Operations.
• Experience in Audits.
• Knowledge of SQL query execution and modification.

• Reports to Manager and above; no direct reports.
