Overview

As a Business Architect, identify opportunities to create measurable business value, evaluate the current environment, gather high-level requirements, and define business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, develop business cases, and guide the implementation of key transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Guide cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
• Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and document business cases and solution designs.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives.
• Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
• 15 years full time education.
