Overview

What you'll do

• Assess current business processes to uncover opportunities that enhance value for the organization.
• Gather and analyze high-level requirements from stakeholders and design business solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Shape operating models and support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
• Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Must have: proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing business operating models that support organizational transformation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate business needs and technical concepts clearly.
