Business Data Enablement Engineer I

Overview

Business Data Enablement Engineer I acts as a product owner and business partner to align business priorities with IT execution for data technology initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary liaison between business and IT for new product/service development and enhancements.
• Oversee UAT, training, and quality documentation workstreams with the Business Implementation team.
• Provide day-to-day support to resolve operational and technical queries and enable knowledge transfer.
• Perform root cause analysis for process/system/data issues and develop and monitor CAPA.
• Assist with data enablement activities including sourcing, collecting, managing, analyzing, and utilizing data.
• Support data quality initiatives such as data quality checks, cleaning, enrichment, and normalization.
• Assist with data governance policy and procedure oversight related to data security and privacy.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology is required.
• 5 or more years’ experience is preferred, preferably supporting operations in data management.
• Negotiation skills to influence a cross-functional environment are required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience with analytics environments and Informatica technology solutions is required.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotational shift.
