Overview

Specialist I, Data Governance supports IFF’s global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data governance. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and requirements.
• Analyze complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

• Develop and maintain documentation and operational metrics.
• Provide subject matter expertise within the assigned domain.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant professional experience aligned with the role scope and level.
• Strong domain expertise in enterprise systems, processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience using relevant technology tools and platforms to support business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
