We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a Full-time, Remote basis. In this role you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and strategic follow-up. The ideal candidate combines strong sales and negotiation abilities with excellent communication and client-management skills, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This position emphasizes lead generation, telecalling, and converting prospects into satisfied, long-term customers while collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to foster trust, ensure repeat business, and drive referrals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and ROI.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining alignment with company pricing and policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and feedback from the market.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM for reporting and forecasting.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while continually refining outreach tactics and scripts.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support and coordinate with customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding and retention.
