About Us:

Influencer Hai is a full-service advertising agency specialising in digital, offline, and influencer marketing. We connect brands with creative talent to deliver powerful campaigns that drive engagement and results.

 

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can connect with brands, understand their marketing needs, and help close impactful partnership deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential brands and businesses for influencer and advertising partnerships.
  • Communicate agency offerings clearly and persuasively to brand representatives.
  • Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and budgets to propose customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and marketing plans in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the influencer onboarding team to match brand requirements with suitable influencers.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain a CRM of prospects, and ensure timely communication for deal closure.
  • Support the business development and marketing teams in building long-term brand relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, client servicing, business development, • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and brand collaboration trends.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
