About the Job

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team in a Full-time, OnSite capacity. In this role you will be responsible for expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship management. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills, thrives in a target-driven environment, and collaborates effectively with internal teams to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads using cold-calling, email campaigns, social outreach, and inbound inquiries to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Initiate and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotations that clearly articulate value propositions and ROI.
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth handover and successful implementation of client engagements.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and market trends to improve conversion rates and deal size.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build visibility and credibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to develop opportunities and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Lead Generation: Experience with lead sourcing, qualification, and pipeline management tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to pitch, negotiate, and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills and Convincing Skills: Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and influencing decision-makers.
  • Client Management and Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience maintaining long-term client relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in an OnSite environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
