About the Job

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you will drive early-stage customer engagement through proactive outreach, qualify leads, and support the growth of our recruiting and IT solutions. If you enjoy fast-paced interactions, targeting, and converting conversations into opportunities, this role is designed for you. You will represent the business professionally, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to achieving monthly lead and conversion goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling to contact potential clients and decision-makers, generating interest in our services.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding requirements, budget/need fit, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the assigned CRM/spreadsheet and update statuses after each interaction.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the business development and sales teams based on lead readiness.
• Follow up consistently on active leads to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Communicate service offerings clearly, including onsite staffing and IT solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Work toward defined monthly targets for lead generation, contact rate, and meeting conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Telecalling skills with confidence in handling conversations and objections.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and maintain discipline in daily prospecting activities.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and data-based follow-ups.
