Business Development Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our customer base through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. This is a Full-time role with OnSite work arrangement, where you will play a key part in identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing deals from first contact to closing. You will work closely with internal teams to understand product value, craft compelling pitches, and ensure a smooth handoff to ongoing account management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own leads generation and support pipeline growth through B2B Sales activities.
• Conduct cold calling and targeted outreach to engage decision-makers and qualify prospects.
• Present and explain our SaaS solutions, aligning business needs with product capabilities.
• Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM management practices and track lead-to-deal conversion.
• Build and nurture client management relationships to improve retention and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to refine outreach strategies, improve pitch messaging, and increase deal win rates.
• Support international sales efforts where applicable, tailoring communication for diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong aptitude in sales and business development within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of saas sales methodologies and sales funnel management.
• Strong ability in lead generation, including prospecting and outreach campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers.
• Effective negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
