Senior Sales Manager

Work Location

Shamshabad Hyderabad Telangana

Key Responsibilities

• Drive showroom and project sales for premium designer stone products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and high-value clients.
• Conduct customer consultations and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in:
• Natural Stone
• Tiles
• Luxury Interiors
• Building Materials
• Premium Retail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Age: Up to 35 years
