Business Process Architect

Overview

Business Process Architect role focused on analyzing current workflows and designing new business processes. The role partners with business and stakeholders to define requirements, support process implementation, and run user/task analysis.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing business workflows and design new processes.
• Create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Partner with business teams to define product requirements and use cases.
• Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guidance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control and Discrete Industries.
• Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control.
• Discrete Industries experience.
• Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable process designs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Experience conducting user and task analysis to identify enhancement opportunities.
