Overview

Business Process Designer analyzing, developing, and improving workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimization solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to gather detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms for ongoing process refinement.
• Independently contribute and act as an SME.
• Document and communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate implemented processes and recommend enhancements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience (required) in SAP Product Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (must-have).
• Experience mapping and modeling business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess workflows and develop solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements from business users into actionable process designs.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting and presenting process changes.
