Senior Engineer - Manufacturing

Overview

Senior Engineer – Manufacturing will develop, optimize, and implement plastic injection molding manufacturing processes for new and existing products.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize plastic injection molding processes.
• Integrate tooling and equipment for production.
• Perform capacity planning and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct process evaluations using field research and technical knowledge.
• Create manufacturing process documentation for mold tools and mold presses.
• Perform design reviews, equipment inspection, validation, and installation/debug for mold tools and presses.

What you'll need

• Experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing process development.
• Knowledge of product design, assembly, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams.
• Capability to work with equipment vendors.
• Experience setting standard manufacturing process for product line.
• Capability to analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve efficiency.
