Process Engineer

Overview

Process Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing methods and processes for production of parts and assemblies.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Production to analyze and improve process parameters for yield, cycle time, quality, and continuous improvements.
• Perform process capability studies including Cp, Cpk, Gage R&R, measurement system analysis, and test method validation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and quality issues.
• Support Production by establishing best practices and safety protocols.
• Define acceptance criteria based on engineering specifications/drawings and set up process and work instructions.
• Work with suppliers on fixtures and tooling requirements to support production.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing relevant technical documents and drawings.
• Basic equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience organizing and conducting meetings with cross-functional teams for production issues and project planning.
