Process Engineer

Overview

The Process Engineer develops or modifies manufacturing processes for electromechanical products, aiming to improve performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.

What you'll do

• Develop or adapt production processes for assembly, calibration, and testing.
• Define production equipment specifications and coordinate with mechanization work and equipment suppliers.
• Support global new product development project teams for product launch readiness.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, quality, and other departments on process and product specifications.
• Influence product designs to enable economical, defect-free manufacturing.
• Develop new or improved manufacturing and testing processes to meet performance and cost requirements.
• Provide sustaining support to production lines at global make sites.

What you'll need

• Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks.
• Strong communication skills including oral, written, and presentation.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across organizational levels.
