CRM Business Analyst I

Overview

CRM Business Analyst I / Analyst I, Business Systems will help develop and support solutions by gathering requirements, assisting in project planning, and supporting testing. The role works with business and IT teams to resolve issues and communicate effectively.

What you'll do

• Contribute to various aspects of solution development and support.
• Help create detailed project plans and support management of assigned tasks.
• Communicate and work with business and IT teams to develop system requirements.
• Apply company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
• Escalate non-standard problems or issues.
• Assist in testing solutions.

What you'll need

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools.
• Knowledge of system requirement definition process and modeling methods/tools.
• Ability to gather and convey information to senior employees and business clients.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills with IS and business personnel.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin Certification.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and related tools (Data Loader & data management, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes).
