Overview

Responsible for the overall performance of housekeeping at the site, including front and back of house, staff, contractors and landscaped areas.

What you'll do

• Check front of house and back of house daily.
• Check caddies and trolleys.
• Check duty rosters and absenteeism.
• Check grooming of staff and that all necessary PPE is worn.
• Check pest control measures and follow up with the agency.
• Take corrective actions on all nonconformities, including incidents and accidents.
• Maintain the whole landscaped area.
• Determine aspect-impacts and hazards-risks, including significant ones, and implement relevant controls.
• Participate in mock drills and incident investigations.
• Report near misses.
• Identify training needs and attend trainings as planned.
• Implement checklists and follow-ups.
• Attend agency meetings and corrections.
• Follow up on the SLA and KPIs of the respective agencies.
• Follow up on trainings and cleaning standards as per SOPs.
• Ensure PPM activities.
• Perform any other task or responsibility assigned by management from time to time.
• Assist in issuing or cancelling permits for planned activities.
• Stop any unsafe work reported by workmen or self-observed.
• Conduct contractor monitoring and review meetings monthly.
• Manage stock requirements and reordering of housekeeping consumables.
• Provide inputs for financial budgeting to the Property Manager.
• Maintain the aspect-impact register and HIRA register.
• Lead the site team to run housekeeping operations smoothly, and manage staff discipline and wellbeing.
