Business System Specialist

Overview

Business System Specialist role supporting core line of business applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, client on-boarding and systems implementation projects at Apex Group.

What you'll do

• Maintain and support core line of business applications.
• Configure and set up systems according to business requirements.
• Manage vendors and communication with vendors.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse issues within the systems.
• Assist in client on-boarding and new systems implementation projects.
• Carry out core systems major upgrades.
• Document changes and the design of the application.
• Manage change management.
• Provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to support team development.
• Perform any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.

• 3 years or more experience in a support role.
