Business Systems Analyst: Salesforce Commercial

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst supports, enhances, and optimizes Salesforce applications and processes within Sales and Commercial domains. The role provides functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support to enable business objectives.

What you'll do

• Support, enhance, and optimize Salesforce applications and processes within Sales and Commercial domains.
• Provide functional expertise and solution analysis to business stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise systems.
• Work closely with business users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate solution delivery.
• Support system enhancements.
• Ensure the successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Support and optimize Inquiry to Order capabilities within Salesforce.
• Support Sales Cloud processes including Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, Account Management, Territory Management, Forecasting, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Support Service Cloud processes including Case Management, Customer Support Operations, Knowledge Management, Service Entitlements, and Omnichannel Service.
• Support Manufacturing Cloud processes including account-based forecasting, sales agreements, customer demand visibility, and manufacturing-specific customer engagement.
• Support business processes spanning Salesforce and SAP environments, including customer master data, product information, pricing, quotations, order management, fulfillment, and service processes.
