Business Systems Analyst: Salesforce Marketing

Overview

Support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications and business processes across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and customer Success domains. Serve as a trusted partner to Marketing stakeholders by providing functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support.

What you'll do

• Support, enhance, and optimize enterprise applications and business processes within Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and customer Success domains.
• Provide functional expertise, solution analysis, process improvement recommendations, and day-to-day operational support to Marketing stakeholders.
• Work closely with Marketing users, the Manager Enterprise Systems, Digital Business Partners, technical teams, and third-party service providers to deliver stable, efficient, and scalable technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate solution delivery and support system enhancements.
• Ensure the successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Serve as techno functional expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration between Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales leadership to improve lead routing, opportunity influence tracking, campaign attribution, and sales engagement processes.
• Align marketing automation processes with customer and prospect lifecycle stages.
