Oracle Service Contracts Business System Analyst

Overview

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Oracle Service Contracts Business System Analyst to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, the enterprise architecture team, and other IT teams, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancement requests for Oracle Service Contracts (Cloud or E-Business Suite).
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture team to translate business requirements via Business Process Documents, Functional Specifications and User Stories into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Work hands-on with end-to-end Quote-to-cash and Renewal-to-cash workflows and amendment processes.
• Design and maintain interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Define end-to-end test scenarios, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate testing across cross-functional teams.
• Provide L3 functional support for production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
• Communicate risks and issues to leadership and recommend solutions.

What you'll need

• B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science and/or related field.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in IT with a strong background in managing Oracle EBS projects in Oracle Service Contracts.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Systematic and organized in day-to-day operations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates independent thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with business contacts, IT developers, and external partners.
• Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical.

Nice to have

• Good to have experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware architectures like Mulesoft connecting Oracle ERP/CPQ.
• Good understanding of Inventory, Order Management and Shipping flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Passionate about evolving technology and promoting automation and AI capabilities for IT and business efficiencies.
