• Own end-to-end product development from requirements gathering through production.
• Write reliable, high-performance software.
• Balance time to production with quality and testability.
• Develop automated tests and support daily deployments.
• Evaluate trade-offs between latency, throughput, simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of work experience in C++.
• B.Tech or B.E. qualification.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science.
• Natural problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
