Calling Agent

About the role

We're hiring enthusiastic Tele Callers and Tele Sales Executives to drive our sales growth through inbound and outbound calling. You'll be the voice of our brand, converting prospects into loyal customers while hitting ambitious targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, explaining products and services to potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads through active listening and discovery, identifying genuine sales opportunities
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and close deals
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while building strong, long-term customer relationships

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and convincing abilities — you can explain complex products simply and persuade prospects confidently
• Active listening and customer service mindset — you genuinely understand customer needs and respond with empathy
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort working with CRM tools and call-handling systems
• Target-driven mentality with strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple calls and follow-ups

Nice to have

• Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales roles
• Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management
